scratch on windscreen

well atm it catchs the sun like a ***, its on the passenger side, so not in my direct view but with the sun catching it its noticeable.

Hit it with a hammer (not too hard) to put a "stone chip" in it.
Claim on your insurance and pay £50 excess.
Probably cheaper in the long run

i been thinking about that, but ill be honest, im scared of doing it.. haha just cant do it to my poor car! :ashamed: :chicken:

..........correct.If the scratch is too deep & you polish it out the area polished will go ''wavy'' & will no longer be totally clear.
Used to work with glass years ago. :happy2:
