I have given up caring what number I will have I'm expecting something like number 10000 having purchased mine in jan 08, the fact they originally said limited to 1500, and I see people receiving placks 2000+ I have lost all faith in VW, have phoned them 4 times now
And same old answer we are dispatching in batches ...
Will I buy another VW ? No I wouldn't dream of It want smething a bit better next time, I know some of you guys are Vw through and through but their service is sh*te, and their cars have a lot of room for improvement will be a 911 or bmw m for me next.
Customer service is paramount for me especially when you spend alot of money buying a car new and VW offer no or very poor service, and lie about there products!
