cheapest way to check for outstanding finance

 I am just looking for any help on this, the car I am buying has been checked for mileage , recorded crash etc


but the one question that I need to know is OUTSTANDING FINANCE

I dont want to pay £20-24 for the HPI check

do you know of any alternatives
