yellowing on white paint

Blade:
Got some yellowing around the petrol cap and parts of the edging on the colour coded bumpers - car is base white. Any ideas what it is and how i can remove it, thanks

A Clay with claybar and lubricant, I'd advise on sonus green and megs last touch.  followed up with a polish and wax should do the trick.
