Who is going to admit that they watch "The New Melrose Place" on TV Fiver?

I do. I came across it by chance and initially dismissed it, apart from the hot girlies, but loved the script. One of the characters, Ella, in particular has great lines. Now I am drawn in and enjoy it even if parts are far fetched. That California lifestyle the series portrays isn't all that far fetched though - It's just dramatised.

I also admit to regularly watching "Neighbours" and "Waterloo Road" but have never been attracted to watch "Eastenders" or "Coronation Street" which are so lacking in style, imo.

What do you watch on TV which you think others would look down their noses at?

I barely have time to watch TV. When I do, it's either the news/simpsons/friends/scrubs/qi/top gear. Apart from the news, the rest are repeats and they're usually on when I've just got home frome work or about to head in.

....I cherry-pick [get it!?] what I watch on TV too, and often there's nothing in an evening.

"Melrose Place" is apparently aimed at mostly women. I can see all the high fashion displayed and romance of the relationships jazz, but I still enjoy it.
