Although this can be fitted in the air vent on top of the dash, and doesnt need to be run to a shark fin style antennae on the rear of the car.

Yes, I think you are right it must be the MFD2. If I have a TomTom I guess it is a pointless purchase though - or do they do anything else worth while with music etc..?
