Central locking problems

Hi Guys, having a problem with my 2008 Gti edition 30 that Im after some help with. The rear nearside door wont lock on either the remote, or manual from inside or outside, and the same doors window wont open or close either, which also makes the safety switch for the rear windows to lock on the drivers door also not work.

Any ideas?
