You will know when the time is right to sell the golf and get a house, and its not when she has nagged you enough.
All of my girlfriends have always understood from the outset that they will never have a say when it comes to my cars either lol :signLOL:
edit - just read the rest of the thread, my missus would probably moan at me if I wrote that reason for selling the car for the same reasons as robin has said.
