polishing and waxing by hand best technique?

Best way by hand is small circular movements to work the polish in then work into a front to back motion then up and down to finish. Work small areas at a time and take your time.
The best way i ever had it explained to me was, its like having a tug its not how hard you rub it, its how many times you rub it.  :rolleye:
