RCD 500 - "SERVICE - ERROR"

Hi,

I have just bought an RCD-500 to replace my RCD-300 and have managed to fit the unit without too much problem and the radio functions seems to work fine.


However, when I press load to insert a CD it comes up with the message "ERROR - SERVICE". Can anyone clarify what this might mean and how I can rectify this issue?
