My first polish one little issue.

My tips were beyond polishing. i took them to Pipewerx and got my old ones cut off and shiney new ones fitted  :grin:

coupled that with a high flow sports cat i bought from Aparoon on here also from pipewerx and i love it

Where in the north east would I get that done? Am I right in thinking they fit on top of the pipe ends like a sleeve ?

they cut the ends off then welded the new tips on to replace the old ones. very simple and they have a selection in the workshop that you can choose from  :happy2:

AAS in newcastle will be able to do this you can choose / Tyre Spot in newcastle also do powerflow exhaust (custom but not supposed to be the best) but it's only tips. :happy2:

Have you clayed the car at all or have you just gone straight for the polish ?

Regarding the mark on the roof, if you think it is definatly something stuck to it then try a little AG intensive tar remover.
If it is lacquer peal from bird muck not alot you can do about that really without the help from a bodyshop.
My tail pipes looked like they had never been cleaned when i bought the car. Soaked them with AG engine  cleaner and scrub, then wire wool with metal polish and repeat several times!!!!  :scared:
