Portable iPhone charger, anyone got one?

Brought the power monkey on a virgin flight about 18 months ago and it's great.

From around 10% on the iPhone it will charge it back up to about 80%.

Plus as it comes with multiple adapters ends and can be recharged itself via USB it is very versatile.

Does it trickle charge like a car adapter or super fast like mains?

Inbetween the two I would say, more like the mains when you connect it to USB at the same time.
