they prolly need to have a high gloss kinda finish instead of matt ish to pull off the black wheels look.

black wheels on the black R looks better... BUT... the black R... its hard to tell its R as as everything is black and it disguises its features... (if that makes sense)

....Makes perfect sense. When I fist saw this black R sideways-on, I just thought it was a Mk5 with aftermarket wheels.
