leaving your batter in your laptop while plugged into mains just destroys your battery over time, if you charge it to 40% full and place it (wrapped up) in the fridge it stops it degrading over time.

the 40% is argued between many though but as its the 1st method i read its what i stick with and its worked in the passed. 3years later im still getting 3hours battery on my laptop and i was getting 3hours 30mins when new.

I'd love to be able to buy a laptop without a hdd or OS as im taking them straight out of the laptop when i get it anyway!
