lol loving the dyno lottery really.

so with just the change in remap, and different dyno obviously, the Cupra has gained ~20bhp and ~80 lb/ft of torque!!

Impressive.

The APR to Revo switch has consistantly seen 20bhp gains..

Just scanning in another graph I had from Awesome in 2009 with the same mod's but with APR SW

I'll add that to my "other post" too

What would you say are the main differences in the 2 maps then Rich?. Is your car quicker with Revo?.

Yes, without stepping on anyone's toe's, it certainly feel's quicker.  It is definately smoother, and I used to blast my garage in black soot with APR SW, with Revo I don't do this.

You have gone from GIAC to Revo, what did you think???

I thought the GIAC software was very good on my Cupra. However, now that i,ve been on Revo for a few months it does seem to be more of a "complete" map for the K04. My car is quicker on Revo.

Think this thread has gone off topic enough, but I know of another member who has gone the other way, Revo to GIAC and prefer's GIAC SW.  It really is horse's for course's is it not  :signLOL:

I think if your interested in adjustability and fine tuning your car to your individual taste, then Revo has to be your choice. But as you say, you pay your money, you make your choice.

Sorry for the thread hijack guys, i will go back to my room now.

Will add mine to the mix..

Car:-
Edition 30

Mods:-
Revo Stage 2+
Milltek TBE  / Sports cat
Hybrid Dbilas
Autotech HPFP

Settings:-
B8 T5 F6

Another one from me @ SCN's RR day yesterday.. Now with the addition of EVOMS intake..

You seem to have lost some power there? that was about the same as the motorscope day wasnt it?
I would have thought the Dynodynamics would have been the worst out of the 3 rolling roads aswell?

Also on another note, my Mk4 K03 made 300lbs/ft of torque at awesomegti, which I dont think is possible, so looks like the dynojet is quite generous in that aspect :stupid:

Think you might be looking at the ATW figures mate.. Clutch power is the one you want for fly figures..
I've also made similar torque on 2 other rollers including the DD rollers above..

Exhaust: Milltek high-flow downpipe, custom, non-resonated.

Air Intake: Forge Twintake (adding 15.5 bhp back-to-back with Carbonio).

Both cars run yesterday at Surrey Rolling Road.

Red is Revo S1 Roc R - 300.7 bhp / 305 lb ft.

Blue is Stock mapped Roc R with Twintake/Twintercooler/Milltek Cat Back - 297.1 bhp / 285 lb ft.
