DV Fitting

Maybe sooner than that!
I get mine tomorrow, so if its dry I'm all over it like a rash!

Right, just fitted my new valve and as the churchill dog says "ooooooooooooh yeeeeeeeeeesssss!" :driver:
New and old. (hole on old green one, bottom left)
Car now pulls like it did when I first put the bluefin on. Mine had one pretty big hole in it as you can see from the pics. (held open with allen key!)
I did not remove any wheels or covers or trays to access the valve. Maybe mine are missing? :ashamed: I did however use the pit at my parents house. (left over from the old stock car days) Pretty awkward to get to the top bolt but if you persist you will be fine!
One allen key and some tread lock - job done. :happy2: well under an hour and I wasn't sure where it was!
With Valve off.
New valve on. (tried to show it in relation to the front drivers wheel)
HTH

Thanks Gaz. Thank you given. Although not sure I can see it in the pics :rolleye:

Ha! David Bailey I aint! Next to the small silver pipe, The red wires are the plug that fits in to the DV valve. The plug points downwards.
Like I say tried to show the location of the DV valve in relation to the front wheel. I basically had to go under the car and look for what I thought might be the valve. Easy to find , just a little awkward to get to. :drinking:
