I know people who spend this amount of time on forums! Which imo is just as :stupid: :stupid:
Facebook is defo useful for staying in contact with people who you can't or don't see very often. Eg living abroad or miles away.
Spending too long in general on the net is a poor way of spending time tbh

I am...use it quite a bit!!
Recently met a load of new people on holiday and its just useful to keep in touch and see all the photos etc...cant do with all them stupid zombieville and farmville apps though :fighting:

I'm on it every couple of hours. It is nice to stay in touch with people but as stated some people can get very obsessed, I think EDD666999SMRS has it spot on.
