Whinging girlfriends
Mandy:
My bf is forever doing/ changing bits and bobs on his car, I just let him get on with it rather than whinge... after all, I'm probably just as bad!
I think he gets a bit jealous sometimes when I spend too much 'quality time' with my car... I love it though.
Gtiain:
Yes I suppose it works both ways! I should change the title to whinging partner!
Gtiain:
You guys/girls are lucky! Unfortunatly I chose my gf before I chose my car!

I expect that most of the 'whinging' is actually just banter or teasing, mixed in with a bit of "please remind me that you love me" - We all want to feel loved. If the whinging gets serious and there's no smiles or grins, then the partner is someone who is insecure and needs to solve that issue - Either that or you really don't give enough attention to your partner anyway - You have to work at most relationships (which is why I'm not so good at them because I can't be arsed if things don't progress naturally of their own accord).
