How To and Parts needed for relocating the DV on a K03 car?

I would presume these parts will fit the Octy VRS too?  Me thinks my next mod to my car as I will eventually go K04.
Do bsh sell the bung by itself or is there a blanking plate I can buy?  Also what part number is the wiring loom needed to connect the new DV up to the electronics or where can I get one from please?

Forge do a blanking plate listed under astra vxr. Or eBay that's where I got mine from about £27.
