Ok not a mk5 but gives you an idea of the effect, not the best pictures because it was dark and the flash was reflecting back, might be best in the daytime will take some more when its light and the car is clean :smiley:

I've got the fogs to do yet, but need to take the grills off to do it and don't know how, will check 2 morra, in fact noticed 1 of the grills is cracked, so need a new un :sad:

Fitting the lamin-x is pretty easy just need to take your time, in fact I'd like to do the drivers side again, as as always its a learning curve and the passenger side, which I did second is a much better finish, I think I scratched the drivers side a bit working it a bit to much, so may buy another kit and do the drivers side again.

Will post some daytime pics soon, think it would look cool on a mk5 :happy2:

had a delonghi dragon going all day in the garage to get the temp up after you triggered my OCD :laugh:

U jest, sometimes when I see a nice mk5 I consider it, really think the mk5 will become a classic :happy2:, my dad gets a new 1 on Monday don't think he'll let me mod it though :sad:

Not at all LOL, it's what I wanted when I got he ed30, buy I don't like loans and pay cash, but only had enough cash for the golf LOL,oh and needed 4 doors too,  I'm presenty saving for next car :-)

Not sure now tbh, if I could get a 4 door s3 cheaply enough I may get one, other than that god knows, perhaps in the present climate I will sit back and see what happens and keep the golf a while , well unless a bargain s3 swop Turns up
