I got these via a company called Import Monster. They are an Australian based importer of JDM type stuff. They ship things from Japan to Australia mostly, but I'm pretty sure they do ship things worldwide. The site translates the Japanese into 'Engrish'. It's enough to get by on for the most part, but it can be difficult to understand.
This set was a bit of a one-off as they were used in a photoshoot for a Japanese magazine called af imp http://autofashion.com/imp/. After the shoot, they put them up for auction of Yahoo Japan. I was searching high and low and got lucky with my timing I guess. I haven't seen another set on there since. Cost me AUD$1100 less that what I was later quoted by another importer. Although they were brand new and would have been EMS'd instead of shipped. It was a hell of a wait, but worth that kind of money.
My only guess would be to speak with a local JDM type importer. They could probably line something up with Newing/Alpil.
