Audi S3 jacking points added to my car :-)

Parts:
8P0 802 845 Front Left Jack Pad - 1 of required
8P0 802 846 Front Right Jack Pad - 1 of required
8N0 804 583 Rubber Buffers - 4 of required
8P0 802 847 Plastic Jack Pad Plugs - 2 of required.

Cost: is around £40 including vat (hard to say as i got discount and bought a few items), plus cost of yellow tape



getting these tomorrow so will post a 2012 price.

im surprised my jacking point welds on my car havent disintegrated by now  :signLOL:

Just stumbled onto this thread during some googling and thought I'd add my tuppence worth.

These jacking points are not great for long term use if you regularly adjust coilovers or do oil changes every 3-5k.

I think these 'jack points' were actually just for moving the body shells around the production line in a jig.  They will eventually cave in, as what happened to my MK4 using these pads.

The pinch welds on the sills are the correct and strongest place to jack the car up from, so I would encourage folk to not to use these jack pads.
