i havnt got a part number as i got mine of ebay, and i wont recomend this item untill i have recived it and its good, but here is the link:

as for de wipering yes realy easy apart from removing the wiper moter as the metal bit that goes through the glass on mine was stuck, so in the end i took a hack saw to it, and it came of straight away :),

i belive i followed a guide on here on how to do it, it should come up if you do a search, i cant remember where it was :(
