To save on stamps we could meet beforehand, say at McDonalds in Chippenham for example? That's what I've done before on other days at CC. McMuffin, coffee and off up the road to Tiddleywink!

Could do but people aren't always able to get their on time for 9am etc so I don't mind posting the passes out to each person really like I've done previously.

I'm only 20 mins away, so I'd still be happy to meet at a greasy spoon if anyone else was up for it?
