Ok so a little bit of help needed!

I tried to remove my back seats and the bolt for the larger back section seatbelt is threaded already do obviously someone has had a gonat one Yupik a time before I bought it.  So anyway how will I remove it! It's the one if your in th boot on the right hand side screwed into the bottom if the car. I was going to drill through it but was worried that I would hit the fuel tank or something! Then I would get fright!   :jumping:

Brute force I would think, it's been screwed in wrongly so it'll normally come back out.  It'll probably not go back on without running a tap down it first.  Much better solution than drilling out if you can manage it.

Just had another thought -

These do pass through to the bottom of the car IIRC, so it may just be covered in sh*te under the car which is stopping it coming back through.  If you can locate the underside of it and soak a load of WD40 onto it that may help.

Drill a pilot hole then begin to wind the reverse thread easy out down it then hey presto!

Only really required if the head on the fixing is destroyed.
