Yes ,where he is pointing, is where i wedged some broken Lolly sticks taped together, and my dashboard is solid  without any creaks.

I did not have lolly sticks - used a piece of paper folded multiple times - did the trick  :happy2: I think the issue is down to thermal expansion and plastics having different rates at different temps. Mine used to rattle when the AC was off but not when on.
