I know I trawled back a bit but are you running a 20mm or 21mm wrist pin now?
I can't find the 21mm pin rods did you have them specially made?
Have you got a standard KO4 piston in? It is an XBOW one still yes?
Thats another issue as I can't find a 21mm pin Piston either.
I think I know the answer to this as I asked you but will the pistons fit past the crank from underneath or is it defo a head off exercise?

The rods in the car are 20mm pinned matched with almost new stock pistons and brand new rings.
I do 21mm rods now from DM Forged. They are still the only company to make them. Just stick with stock pistons. Ive not seen 21mm aftermarket pistons.
Head off to do them.
No need to do rods on ED30 lump unless going to 450 onwards.

Cheers ill probably get a new set of oem Pistons unless I get the JE custom option from IE.
