Approx 5.20pm 13.10.10 White ED30 With blue vinyl stickers on body work passed me on opposite carriageway on M4 at JCT38 (spotted vehicle going west bound)

It was wording i think, unfortunately i didnt see any of the reg mark. wouldnt have noticed me though cos i was in mums polo :-)
