Found this. It has multi-holed side plates that allow some adjustment.

Failing that PM him. If he's in the country he should respond.

Cheers for the help, yeah I know there's some adjustment but it's not enough :) I wanna be on the floor. I'll have to have a look through his build thread.

Can't really remember but I know he sold his first ones to Robin.

....Hedge speaks da truth   :happy2:

I was there when Jonny had his first attempt at fitting them. IIRC the UK Recaro agent had not included the correct parts so we had to bodge it to get him able to drive home.

Didn't Hurdy also have these seats for a short time. They are certainly limited in their adjustability - You set them up once and that's it until you disassemble and adjust to fixed hole positions.

You've got them on sidemounts, presumably?

Take them into an engineering shop and have them put some more holes in, I'm sure that's what Jonny did in the end. it'll be fine so long as it is done by a pro.
Sideways yo!

....You'll find that JonnyC is always particularly helpful - You may have to wait awhile for a response because he travels a lot and gets busy. Top guy, and unlike me, very modest.

I read through his built thread a little more and there's a little more detail as to how he got it lower, so tomorrow I'll have a look. I sent him a pm any way he may have some tips

Cool.

See the bolt holes in the sidemount, well the ones on the rear appear to only have 2 settings, but if you use a lock washer you can actually use the slider bar below them. They'll drop miles!

Those, even with poor photography, are looking cool.

I'm thinking that I would get my coachbuilder friend to do the cushion segments in Interlagos (to match my interior) and I'd carbon vinyl wrap the seat backs et voila! - Proper seats for trackdays but cool for road use.

How much are these Pole Position Recaro's?

Probably looking around £900 with siderails, but shopping around is key.

The Recaro Furious is the same seat, cheaper and 35mm wider for that little extra comfort too, Robin.
Sideways yo!
