revo stage 2 + GTI
Bodge:
what do i need to go stage 2 +. i only want to buy the map once but not buy everything in one go. but want to get it mapped strate away to make up for the fact i can't afford a ED30
could you get away with, intake, downpipe, HPFP and chip
Janner_Sy:
the only required mods for stage 2+ are the performance downpipe(with sports cat or decat) and the uprated HPFP.
reccomended would be the intake and intercooler.
garnishing would be the likes of the cat back exhaust (for noise), intercooler charge/ turbo discharge pipes.
i ran mine on intake/hpfp and downpipe and it was very very good. however i logged mine n numerous occasions and the std intercooler really struggles to cope. IATs were through the roof after 1 big pull through the gears and took forever to recover
Bodge:
what kind of power could i get realistically dude?
i was thinking of linking up some washer jets to spray water on the IC like scoobys.. maybe a cheep solution?
GLIDN:
I'm currently on Stage 2. So only Downpipe and APR tune. I'm making 160.5KW's @ the front wheels which equates to around 196kw-ish at the engine.
So expect to be some where in about the 175kw front wheel range for Stage 2 + with intake and intercooler.
hope this helps
Janner_Sy:
These are some stage 2+ graphs for you to have a look at. Somewhere in this region is what you would expect. its not all aboout the peak figure. Its how long it holds that peak figure for:
