Evening,

Just thought i would say hello.

Coming over from uk-mkivs i see a lot of familiar names.

I have had various Vw's including a Bora V5, Golf 1.8T GTi and a couple of other cars for the VAG family and currently drive a 2006 Jetta TDi with a MASSIVE 105bhp engine. I had to downgrade to a Diesel due to a 70 mile a day commute and the GTi has relieving me of up to £300 a month so regrettably it had to go. The Jetta isn't going to set the world alight and it is a little slow (cough) on the uptake but it gets there in the end. Plus it's darn cheap to run!

I'm happy with the Spec so any changes I make are going to be purely asthetic, but I do plan to:

- Change the Alloys - Still considering options as i want to retain the OEM look.
- Change the RCD300 stereo for either a RCD310 or RCD510 (Looking at this at the moment I have a new Gateway and everything I need just not VCDS to program the Gateway)
- Remap
- Possibly lower - 50/50 at the moment
- Darn good Was/Polish and Wax!

This is the Jetta at the moment, excuse the wheels!

A Warm Welcome!  :happy2:

I don't see many Jetta's around. Does yours have LED tail lights?
