Be aware that in cold weather the fluid level in a catch tank system increases dramatically it seems.
I checked my fluid levels as my car has been in her batcave for a week and noticed my Forge CatchTank was up to max level:
So I duly emptied the tank - Easy, even for me. Total measured 10 fl.oz / 0.6 pint of gunky fluid:
^ I best warn my daughter it's not a gravy mix or special coffee. Though the aroma will put anyone off!
In the cold weather, although my batcave garage didn't drop below 2C, the amount of gunk suddenly increased.

Catch can collection does increase during the winter months especially if you are not doing frequent long journeys.
How much milage had you covered since you last emptied the can?
