Anyone cleaning their cars in this weather?
TopOfTheFlop:
I know it'll only get dirty again with all the slush/ice/snow on the roads but i can't help but think all the s**t that's in all of
that is bad for the car and can/will corrode??
Any tips....?
big al:
best advice I could give would be to get down one of the expensive car washes that clean under the car too.
To do it on your drive would be madness, as the water would all freeze on your drive, and next thing, no win no fee, due to the paperboy falling over and sliding down into the road.
v2brett:
id like to do mine but cant and wont for a few reasons, 1-my hose pie is froze solid so no water, 2-any water that hits the car freezes at these temps and 3-id rather wait than do a rush job and risk causing any damage to the paint.
oh and its really really cold outside so ill stay inside in the warm :happy2:
rich83:
I was going to give mine a jet wash today but everything is frozen solid!
stealthwolf:
My outside tap was frozen. Otherwise I'd have considered pressure washing the snow off the drive to save me shovelling it! :fighting:
