Missfire is back!

Had a vagcom check on my gti and it came up with cylinder number 1 missfire, so ive replaced the ignition coil and its still the same. Ive checked the rest of them and they all look fine, even the one i replaced looks fine to me!
Ive also had the plugs and fuel filter replaced about 1000 miles ago.

Any ideas?

If you have changed everything else it would only leave injectors I'm afraid.

Im not sure it is the injectors?
It does feel like its a coilpack failing, if you floor it in the dry in 1st or 2nd it either spins till the ESP cuts in or stutters and makes a popping sound as if the coilpacks are failing. In 3rd gear when you floor it, it stutters and hesitates but does not make the "popping" sound!?

What controls the coilpacks??

Does it do it when switched to revo's stock mode?

Its been remapped by custom code and ive never been able to switch it back to stock mode!?
