Swapping front gti badge.

I've ordered a new grille so want to remove the gti badge from my current grille and put it on my new one. Does it just clip in or is it a little more difficult?

Yep its just clipped in when you take off your old grill you will be able to see how easy is is to come off.

Really simple a trim clip remover or even a flat screwdriver would give you alot of help...

I had no idea how to do this until I actually took off the grille, I thought it was a simple twisty job, but think that would have broken  the clips.
I didn't even use a screwdriver, just prize it off with hands to pull the clips over the fixings, 30 second job.
