what is the best way to remove your interior air vents ?

Which air vents are you trying to remove?

The central ones are removed by first taking off the top vent/cubby hole, then... in fact, theres a guide here:

(it's actually a guide on how to fit a bluetooth kit but it shows how to remove the vents very clearly)
