Thank you, my friend! :notworthy:
I also like that photo, a lot.
Too bad I won't be able to see it too much since I am on a 2 week vacation abroad.  :rolleye:

Thanks!
I also love your car's color
The mk6 climate control looks nice but unless you get it cheap, I am no sure it's worth the hassle.

Well, not much going on, struggling to save some money for the future mods...

In the mean time I have some maintenance work to do:
- change the rear wheel bearings which seem to need changing every 30k miles (I have 60k miles and this is the 3rd time I'm changing them)
- the K&N filter cleanup kit is finished so I bought a new one
- the pads are almost gone so I've bought some replacements. I am very happy with the nqsbbk and RS29 pads, so that's what I'll be using also.

Next mods:
- fit the air quality sensor
- buy and fit the Kufatec E-MFA DIS Add-On (on Holger's advice) or a Polar FIS if I can get one cheap.

In the meantime here is one more video from this year's Nurburgring trip (May):

As you can see the weather is not exactly ideal for going fast and I am taking almost no chances.
I try to drive as fast and as safely as possible considering the conditions. After the Karusell, where I narrowly escape a crash @ min 7:30, the weather gets worse, I lower the pace and drive much slower. The 2 tires which were worn were on the back so I didn't want to have any more oversteers.

One more video of that trip will follow as soon as I will have the time to overlay CAN data readouts with the video.

I've heard very good things about the rs29.

I have the opportunity to get some used ones so I can try them out.

Entertaining watch as usual  :popcornsoda:

Yup, the RS29 are really really good. I use them all year round and they work well during winter, during summer and during trackdays.
Glad to know you liked the video!  :drinking:

Tfsi_Mike:

My friend found them unbearably noisy for daily use, he's a big girl lol
