Some Motocross action

Hey Folks

Thought id post up some pics I took last weekend of a few of my mates doing a bit of motocross :laugh:

Now this is the first time ive used my new camera a Nikon D5000 and this photography malarky is completely new to me :stupid: So any advice on how i could improve on these photos would be great  :happy2:
