Hey Matsu,
There are that many sets of Alphards floating around, best to get a rep set, rather than consider doing big arch work.
I was seriously into a set of BBS RS alloys that would have required a hell of a lot of work to make them look half decent on my motor, blinded by the coolness of them.
Completely over it now, and just change my wheels about as often as my underwear now.
Callumrobin:
I'm sure my mate Andy is running 17x8.5 and 17x10 ET35 on his MK5 and running pretty low without too many problems mate, he runs a 205x45-17 on the front and can't remember the rear of the top of my head?
I'll find a pic of his motor for you...
Callumrobin:
There you go:
215x45-17 on the rear. ET35 all round.
Hope this helps
Callum
Top Cat:
So just to confirm Callum your mate is running a 10in wheel 35et on the back lowered with no rubbing problems. :chicken:
I take it he has yet to buy an engine for this car, as you cant go round corners with that spec unless you have concreted the springs and dampers solid. :happy2:
Hope this helps. :happy2:
