R32 dials on 1.9tdi
harryralston:
Hi everyone ive just bought some r32 dials off ebay for 75 pounds and i am now wanting to put them in my 04 1.9tdi. is this possible and if so is there anyone near sheffield that could do it? thanks
GLIDN:
it can be done on one provision,
Have a look at your part number of your cluster.
Then have a look at the cluster number you bought.
Basically all the numbers need to be about the same, but the last three digits has to be only 10 difference.
Ie, 368 C will become 378 C
Then it can be fitted.
Eddie-NL:
As your car is an 04, it will be easy to do with Vag-Commander. What is the part number of the R32 Clocks? if they end 960, 970, 961, 971, 962 & 972
Then Darren (MortyGTtdi) will be the man to see.
If they end with 3 or 4 then you will need to send them of to a company like shark performance for them to read the pin and reset the mileage

You do realise it isn't going to make your 1.9d suddenly able to do 6750RPM :signLOL:
Hedge:
Or sound like a throbbing V6. :signLOL:
