How about a Bargain spotted forum.

Many times i have seen something  to cheap to be true from reputable websites ,
but no forum here to post in.

There is at least one website who do exactly this.... seems a bit pointless to put on a car forum, unless car specific. For example, EVERYONE seems to sell WALKs for the same price... seeing one just 5-10 quid cheaper or with free postage etc makes a big difference.

Wouldn't be frequent enough to have a whole forum though.
