I've tried the monopod Lee and turned of the stabilizer, the hard part for me is to find somewhere I can get to that has no wire fence, on most shots I seem to be a long way from the track and on full zoom which makes it hard to keep steady.

I think I'm getting there  :happy2:

Neil your panning shots are efibateky getting there! There's great! I might be wrong with this but keep the shutter speeds at 1/200 or slower to get a good blur of the back ground. Obviously the slower you go the harder it is but the shots look great. Obviously compensate with the iso or exp if that kind of shutter speed is letting too much light through.

On the whole though, some brilliant shots!
