Sideskirt removal!

Hi guys, could anyone tell me how the side skirts on a gti come off? are the just clips along the skirt?

With difficulty take the screws out and pull up and out gently you will proberly end up breaking them but new ones a pretty cheap from Vw so don't worry if you break them because they are stuck on pretty good.
