Alarm no sound

I'm off to check it in a minute.  The guy at AMD tried to activate it with the VAG tool but said on my car there wasn't this option  :scared:??????

Well I did the 'wave your arms like you just dont care'  :signLOL: and the alarm came on, so it's not the rivet job!!! :congrats:
But I don't understand how the beeping couldn't be activated when AMD tried????  :confused:
Maybe there are some versions that don't have the option??  :surprised:

My alarm now works again  :stupid: not touched it and all of a sudden it works..... gremlins
