German Style Number Plates

Just got my plates from Dubmeister tonight. Hopefully they look good on!

I've got a set for the 30 but only have them on when at shows due to the plod :fighting:! But what ever you do don't go the whole hog and put the tax symbols and - on them as I did it when heading to Inter's 2 years ago made it as far as Penrith then got pulled £30 fine Thankyou officer :fighting:

Is it the font that makes the german versions illegal?

The Dubmeister plates are all legal. both front and back.
I think what makes the german plates illegal is the font / symbols that people put on there.
The Dubmeister plates have UK legal font, but are merely pressed metal as opposed to plastic :smiley: :smiley:
So they are kinda 1/2 way there!
