Sunglasses Ron:
Didn't know you had dealings with him Jay?  Yes Darren is still there, although he wasn't on Friday but I have spoken to him on the phone..
Good to know you admire his work too and his toys are a bit special..  You can see 2 of the jet skies in the back ground of the pic with my car on the rollers..

--- Quote from: Sunglasses Ron on May 22, 2011, 10:57:02 pm ---Weight is a bit out there John  :surprised: According to the hand book the car weighs 1545kgs (1530 for a manual) and that's with 75kgs ballast (driver) and a 90% full fuel tank.. That would make it about 1430kgs there or there abouts, which I think is a bit light tbh (I reckon about 1500kgs)..
Be interesting to get it on the scales at the 30-130 event next year to find out for sure..  But going of the result from my comparison with my mates Stage 2+ S3 (when standard), it certainly no where near 1600kgs  :surprised:
Yanks are getting low 13's @ around 106-107mph with stock DCT (DSG) cars..

Looks like straight into the 12's then for you Ben :happy2:
