Help tweeter buzzing

Hi there

I can have my tunes on all day but when I put my head lights on I get a buzzing from my off side tweeter it also buzzes when the stereo is off (but the headlights or still on)

Has anyone had this problem?

I've sorted this now by unplugging the tweeter

This is only a temparary measure

Maybe the tweeter needs replacing...
