Stage 2+ or more is now 'only' 40%. Looks like the higher tuned cars are probably frequenting this section more often.

personally im surprised at the amount of stage 2 cars, The + makes such a difference, i saw stage 2 as a bad state of tune hence why they developed 2+ the flat spot drove me mad!
