Alexander:

P10YRS:
Time to update this thread i think...
I took the car to Club Charlys in Belgium were i got Best Golf V which i was really pleased with, The drive was 1 and a half hours from the euro tunnel in france.
Here are a few pics..
Had a bit of a nightmare on the way back on the euro tunnel i caught my left front and back wheels  Which left a nice mark about half way round the Dish....
So i put the standard wheels back on and it handles the besss neess and is propa low on 17s and i also put my standard grille on for the time being...
Regarding the wheels iv had the anodising taken off and all 4 dishes polished but cant decide if i should change the colour of the centres  As i know Gold works but its been done now, I was thinking Pearl White, turquoise or gold again but like a old skool bbs gold... I need to decide by today as the centres are goin off to be painted this afternoon...
What do you think???
Need to get the wheels on and the car ready for MIVW which is next weekend in holland...
Il get some pics up later of how the car looks with the 17s on...
i also put my plate on P10 YRS.
Ash.

Bright green for the win :signLOL:

I really liked the gold Ash so I would probably stick with that, but if your gonna change it I would go with a garish colour. I agree with Joe, bright green FTW :happy2:

Love this car dude couldn't stop checking it out at charlies.
I've got to say i love the gold and its a classic look that's never really going to age, but im one for of the wall stuff and i rekon you could rock a tuqoise and would look pretty sweet but still have the classy feel.
I'm sure this doesn't need saying but paint the little red gti strip on the front grill to match, and you could always just trim maybe the thin dash and door strips with the same colour to drag the colour inside (these are hassle free to remove and trim).
