Dealer wasnt very helpful, they said it hasnt been released for the Passat CC yet!

VW customer service were a little more useful, but they still havent given me a solution.

I'm a bit apprehensive doing anything myself seeing as i've only had the car since Friday!

If you know someone with VCDS they can scan it and enable the secret menu to determine the map and firmware version
